Rolfing® Structural Integration is a modality that works directly with the body’s fascia, which is a system of seamless networks of connective tissues, rather than a collection of separate parts. These connective tissues surround, support and penetrate all of the muscles, bones, nerves and organs. Rolfing works on this web-like complex of connective tissues to release, realign and balance the whole body, thus potentially resolving discomfort, reducing compensations and alleviating pain.

Sessions offer a combination of hands-on manual work and movement exercises, and provide clients with a greater sense of awareness and comfort in their bodies, as well as better posture, reduced pain, and enhanced ease of movement. Rolfing also supports psychological and emotional wellness.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a soothing, noninvasive, hands-on therapy. CST uses a precise and gentle touch that helps the client access and release their healing potential.

I trained at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute (DIRI) in Boulder, Colorado, receiving my certification as a Rolfer® in 2015, and designation as an Advanced Rolfer® in 2023. I am currently in the faculty-in-training program at DIRI.

I’m also an RMT in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and have completed thousands of hours of training in Structural Integration, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and Yoga Therapy.

I have been a yoga teacher since 2007, have taught anatomy in several yoga teacher trainings, and am currently a student in the six-year psychodynamic psychotherapy training at the Centre for Psychotherapy in Toronto. I also have a Master of Music in Historical Performance from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et Danse de Paris, FR.
